Terrible customer service – I ordered a Littmann stethoscope from this store 1/4/10 because Majors Books is on the list of authorized dealers .The Majors Books charged my credit card 1/6/10. After an inquiry why the order has not been shipped 1/11/10, I got an email from their representative that they are" waiting for the product to come into stock this week", and that I will receive my order ASAP.
