We stayed for 7 nights and everything was excellent. The apartment block and outside areas in the were spotless and beautifully maintained. We loved our room, especially the ocean views from both the lounge room and the balcony — such a relaxing place to sit and unwind. The location is fantastic, with just a short walk to the Surf Club for great meals and the Cotton Tree shops for everything you need. Fantastic location. Great ocean view. No need to use the car, walking distance to lots of places. We stayed in a deluxe 3 bedroom ocean view apartment on level 5. The living area was great, more than enough room for 6 adults, the apartment was very nicely updated with lots of crockery etc. Everything we could have needed was there. Can definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay at Cotton Tree/Maroochydore

We love our annual visit to Majorca Isle. The location is so close to flagged surf beaches or paddling on the river at Cotton Tree, with a village feel on the main street including Sunday markets, great coffee shops and restaurants. We stay in a three bedroom apartment which is well appointed, and Tracey & Jason make sure the checkin is smooth and the facilities spotless. We always make good use of the pool, tennis court, and BBQ areas. Already booked for 2027.

There is nothing bad to say about Majorca Isles. From the warm reception to the amenities and proximity to beaches, shops, eateries... everything! Jason & Tracey made sure my week+ stay was brilliant. I'm booking again now...
