My trash was not picked up because of the system change. Did not see the reference to resupply my auto debit information and when I called. I was very specifically told it’s my fault. After two months I would have thought a phone call was in order. Not to mention the fact that I pay for pickup down my driveway for health reasons. Garbage truck turfed my front yard in a big way. Neighbors witnesssed the incident. Made 3 phone calls to which their response was "someone will get back to you." Sent email with my contact info. Still no response. Finally contacted Painesville Township. They cleaned my driveway and mud from sewer drain. lawn torn up. Just a simple courtesy call would have been nice.
Major Waste Disposal Svc is my first class choice I have used Major Waste for 20 years at one location, was so satisfied, I used them at the next and am delighted to be able to continue with their excellent service in a new city. There was no question when I saw they were among my options.
Very dependable This is the service that we have used for the last nine years. We have a small dumpster and they provide weekly service. I have been able to discard almost anything and they take it away and are always on time. Any questions I have had are always answered politely and professionally. I'm made to feel like an important customer , although I'm a small customer. I have enjoyed having this service and would not hesitate to recommend them. nov

Rude, Rude, Rude people that take orders and answer phones! We have used 10 dumpsters in the course of the year. First issue is how RUDE their staff is. Every time you call they act as if you're an intrusion! They are very curt and talk down to you. (We live in a time that these people forget if we don't use them the company goes under and they LOSE their job) Example; I call I say "I need the dumpster picked up!"
