I had an absolutely horrible experience with **Major Tile & Stone** in Doral, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere—especially if you have to deal with **Humberto, the owner**. My mom and I had a wonderful experience at major tile and stone. The staff – Marlon and Mario — were incredibly kind and helpful, and have great design taste. We visited this store over the years during a long remodel project, and they always remembered us. When we were having a hard time, finalizing bathroom tile selections, they helped point us in the right direction. I highly recommend working with Major Tile & Stone! Marlen and her team were able to assist me throughout a project and I was fortunate enough to visit their showroom in Doral- which has a curated selection of beautiful tiles. I look forward to working with them again in the future!
