Will definitely be returning! Great customer service from the front desk to the no wait as soon as I came in ! The staff was very welcoming, and Patricia and Dr Major was a very patient and knowledgeable! These guys are major. They won’t disappoint.👌🏾
This was my first visit to Major Smiles as a patient, and I have to say from first "welcome, how are you today?" to the final "nice to meet you and tell your wife hello for me!", it was a wonderful experience!!! Was greeted by Megan, who was very friendly, (not sure how Dr. Major could do it without her!), and made me feel at home! Then I got to meet my hygienist, Mandy, who was also very nice, and thorough as she explained every step as we went through x-rays, to the digital pictures and then onto the recommended individual... read more
Great experience from start to finish! I was a new patient and received great customer service! Excellent communication with the front desk when scheduling my appointment, friendly staff that greats you coming in the door! The hygienist and doctor were so patient and knowledgeable. Answered any questions and took the time to explain any recommendations. I felt so comfortable with Mandy and Dr Major, that I scheduled my daughter’s appointment before I left! Definitely a 5 star dental experience!
It was a very pleasant experience.
The best in the Boro hands down. From the first day I started coming here, the care and concern has been amazing. It’s now like walking in to see family. There’s never a push to do something you’re not comfortable with. And Mandy - is the best!!! Gets me in and out for my cleanings and never feels like anything is rushed .
