Great experience with my Dynamax Motorhome repair. There was a recall on the slide control module. I first called Range RV and they informed me that they only performed recalls on units sold by them😕. I called Major RV and talked to Steve in service and he contacted Dealer for parts. Steve called me 9 days later to tell me parts were in and scheduled an appointment for the next week. Today the repair was done while I waited. Great job Steve! I’ll be sure to let my Dynamax Facebook Group know!😁
I’ve never bought any trailer here nor do I know anything about RVs, but I know about good people and the guys at Major RV are definitely good people. My dogs escaped yesterday when I wasn’t home and Brandon got them off of Main Street and kept them at his site. He posted it on FB and I was able to get them today. If it wasn’t for Major RV they would have been killed it at the pound. Thank you so much guys! Definitely go there to discuss your RV needs, good people won’t crap on you and do you dirty!

Brandon and Jeremy were great. No games at all. Straight answers and numbers. No creepy annoying dealership lies and games like I you get from Family RV and Marjon. Michelle and Brandon jumped through hoops after we changed our mind as we were there taking delivery to our new trailer. They worked it out and still got us out on time for our trip.
