Major Roofing restored the roof of our 60 years old unit. Lewis and his team Brad and Jack have done a great job. Our rooftop looks brand new now! They ensure everything is done in a safe and perfect way. They installed safety rail on our rooftop before the job started, and then wait for the weather is good to make sure the paint has enough time to dry afterwards. Major Roofing has been great throughout the process. Lewis inspected my roof himself and provided specific suggestions on what the roof need, was patient and prompt in his response to my questions. The team arrived early on the day, changed all broken tiles, reversed and repointed all ridges, and changed the rotten valley.
