I had called Major oil on a Friday when we discovered our tank was empty, to which they did not get back to us until 10 minutes before they closed. Closed Saturday and Sunday i called again on Monday to which they delayed us back another day of delivering oil. I asked if they could come by 11:30 am since I would be out all day and they said it was no problem. However by 2 pm there was no oil in the tank, the lady on the phone was extremely rude when I called to ask when we would get it.

Worst. Experience. EVER. My roommates and I have been calling since Friday to have oil put in our tank and they finally came on Tuesday. After being without heat in below freezing weather for more than a weekend and being ignored by the company, we asked if they could come before we had class at 11:30 and they said yes. I'm pretty sure the people who run this place (especially the female who answers the phone) are miserable. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I bet Handy Mandy, a fictional character on Disney Channel, could better serve your needs. If you don't answer your phone at a specific time they'll be personally offended and petty going forward. Hate to see it. Definitely look elsewhere :)

I called major oil after moving into a new house and realizing that we had no oil, major oil showed up the same day earlier than expected with no issues as to service or payment.
