Very easy to work with very professional and get things done in a timely manner. Their whole team their works great together this is my second mortgage with them.
Here are the facts. Their interest rates are too high for construction loans. Other companies (Zions Bank, Greystone Mortgage, or your local credit union) can get you a better rate and save on origination fees....EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE 20% down. They are mis-managed. They will lie to you to keep you on the hook. Their attention to detail is beyond awful.
