Anyone looking to rent stay away from anything that is owned by Major Management Company. We have been renting at Larpenteur Estates (see review) since 2004 and although it was acceptable the last three years have been poor living conditions and over priced rent to live in a dump apartment that hasn't been updated since construction in 1976 that Major Management refuses to repair and is causing us to become sick.
