Horrible!!!!! They must close 7:00pm but i was just there and the doctor was leaving 5:30pm!!!!!! Is this posible???? The government knows the doctors do not work the hours they must????????!!?
Google where is the closest location for walk in and found this place that says close at 6 Got here at 5:30, was told the doctor left already . Wasted of time
Dr Rassam is God sent. He is very attentive and does all the due diligence. He takes his time to explain and advice.
Terrible. Receptionist was a joke. Had to wait for someone to show up. Then had to wait around with NO one in the waiting room? So i left. Don't know what's going on with this place but they need to get their act together, never going back to this walk in.
Dr. Rassam is very attentive. He listens to his patients and attends to their needs. He takes time to explain and answers questions patiently. He provides referral and requisitions timely, but sometimes I need to follow up. That is a general issue with Canadian-healthcare, patients always needs it follow up themselves. Thank you, Dr. Rassam!
