I am happy with my new roof and although it was long experience due to my insurance, Tristyn was able to get my claim approved but it took a while per my insurance company because Tristyn's pictures were not clear and they he had to take them again. Communication was not the greatest but he did address all my concerns. But there were some issues, my Garage was damaged and although it was getting replaced I was asked to pay over 100 dollars from the garage company which is unfair because this company damaged my Garage. I had a great experience with Rachael. I reached out and she came out first thing in the morning to assess my roof for damage following a severe storm. She gave me an appointment ETA and actually showed up a few minutes early. She provided photos and details about my roof. Luckily, the shingles we found on the ground post storm weren’t ours. I really appreciated her transparency. If I have any issues in the future, I’ll definitely be reaching out to Major League Roofing.
Cannot say enough great things about Major League Roofing. Rachael made this entire process, so easy and stress-free. The team showed up promptly and completed the roof by midafternoon. While Gavin was able to get the inside repairs completed the same week. I will be recommending Major League Roofing to friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!

I wanted to thank Gavin for all his help getting our roof covered by the insurance and also for his team for doing such a great job on our roof . I referred him to my mother to get her roof done and he did the exact same awesome job on her roof too. He communicated with us all the time. I appreciate all his hard work.
