I dropped off an antique tractor/mower for repair & not only did they not fix it, they THREW IT AWAY!! For months I was in contact with these people both by email & by phone. My last conversation was to tune it up & change the drive belt, call me when it's done, I'll pick it up. Understanding it takes time to get parts for a 1967 Simplicity 707, I didn't nag them.
