I have been training with Bill and his staff for many years and his methods are far and away the best. It’s simple and it works better than any other personal training system guaranteed. If you want a sustainable program that works call major league. Thanks Bill!

I have been working out at Major League conditioning for the past 6 months and it is life changing. I never felt better. I was an athlete when I was younger and tried to stay in shape as I got older. The problem was that I always ended up hurting myself because I worked out like I was 21 when I was 50+. I would do great for a few months, but always ended up with bercites and/or tendinitises and other repetitive motion injuries. I also have some pretty severe back injuries that I kept irritating. Bill and Kim are some of the best people I have ever met in the 42 years I have lived in the state of Arizona they keep their gym meticulous equipment is kept up very very well they treat every member like a member of their own family I can tell I'm going to enjoy training they're the best atmosphere I have ever seen in Arizona for a gym and I am a former golds gym owner of Hawaii so my opinion you should value very highly this is the place to come for a one on one training with Kim and Bill their credentials are incredible

Major League Conditioning has been a blessing for me. I am older, have weight issues, and knee problems, and...I hate to exercise. I knew I needed to move, and build strength and really didn't know where to go, or what to do, because it had been years that I hadn't exercised, I was scared that I would fail and be embarrassed.
