Sales team were courteous and made entire process comfortable. We handled everything needed for a new purchase (including test drives) in less than 3 hours.

The lady behind the counter who helped me was absolutely fabulous. She gets 5stars. She made it with while. Nielsen Kia gets 1 star. I have had too many moments of confusion combined with a lack of support or needed assistance in dealing with this car. You get 1 star. Blame your finance manager. The lady behind the counter in the service station was excellent. I hope to see her again if i ever have to go back there
I wanted a new car and have had my eye on the carnival for some time. I decided against my better judgement to give this kia dealership a try, even though I had leased my previous kia sportage in a different one. I figured since it worked with my bank and had good reviews I could trust it. The buying process went smoothly, which is why I give it the 3 stars.
