Major Jam is an awesome gym! The coaches are great and very helpful! Each class they always make sure everyone feels comfortable with the movements and makes sure each workout is doable for that person's skill level. You never feel pressure to do to much, but they push you hard enough to get better!

This gym is so great! I would’ve never thought I’d be trying CrossFit this late in life. I love that I can scale my workouts to a level that’s comfortable for me and also push myself on movements and workouts to be better. The coaches are amazing!!!
This is the second crossfit gym that I have been a part of. It is by far my favorite. The coaches and community have been very supportive and helpful. I have never felt stronger and healthier!
I am a beginner and was very nervous about trying crossfit. However, the trainers are beyond incredible and helpful. Most people who workout here are very impressive but they are very encouraging and welcoming. I am in law school full-time and also work but fitting in a workout at 5:30am is absolutely possible. You won't regret it.
