They treat you like some joke. They tell you that Seniority isn’t an issue but don’t believe it. They tell you you can work at a time matter pace but rushes you and give you jobs that are due that day and tell you to get it done last minute. There is no explanation when you ask for help they make you wing it and then set you up for failure. They tell you one thing but expect a whole different thing. I have only positive things to say about this company (Major Industries). Their management and human resources department does a GREAT job and you can tell they genuinely care about their employees. Very competitive salary, benefits, 401k, etc.
