MAJOR HYUNDAI has the worst service department and customer service, of any company I have ever dealt with. You are treated as an inconvenience to them if you arrive prior to them closing the service department and you NEVER receive a call back even after the Sales Manager tells you and promises you that you will get a call back From the GM or the Owner. There are so many other Hyundai dealerships out there- don't waste your time with MAJOR HYUNDAI in Stroudsburg. They are not even worth a one star rating.
Shaun Werle was awesome! He treated me and my boyfriend John with the utmost respect, listened to our wants and needs, explained everything to us that we needed to know about our vehicle! I would definitely recommend him and Major Hyundai to all of my friends!
What an experience with Sheldon Price. This young man went way beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I came in with my own finance which was a problem elsewhere, but I was treated just the same as others that needed financing. The process took me little over 2 hours since I had financing in place. I got an awesome price comparing to the nearby Hyundai , same exact vehicle different color but big price difference.
