Rob Major is very good at his job and is as professional as it gets. He does a very thorough job and will find minor and major issues. My wife and I are first time home buyers and contracted Rob to do the home inspection of an old town house we were under contract with. He climbed the roof, went into the attic. Tested the appliances, the electrical units, hvac, water heater, inspected the circuit breaker, windows, everything we could have asked for. Rob was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was personable, patient (new homebuyer), and he explained his entire process and findings. He was able to provide my report right there after the inspection. Highly recommend!
