From the sales appointment to the install everything was properly communicated and went well! MHI understood what i was looking for and did their best to work with me. This is my third time hiring this company and would do so again if needed
Major Home Improvements are fantastic! I got a few quotes to have 3 windows replaced and also to remove some metal snow slide panels from my roof due to them actually trapping snow on the roof. I contacted MJH and Tom came right out to take measurements etc. Vasilie the owner also came out a few days later to re-measure the windows to make sure correct size. MHI rebuilt the the lower deck of our Victorian & was able to integrate their work into the original design. Tom & Tanya were able to address our questions & Nick & his crew were meticulous to the details!!! So happy with the results we asked for estimates for other work we need done!!! You can't go wrong picking these guys for your Major Home Improvements!!!
I've talked to Tom a few times now. Each time we've spoken he's gone above and beyond to listen, understand and provide me with the information I needed. While I haven't done business with Major Home Improvements yet, it needs to be mentioned how great Tom is to deal with.
