Outstanding customer service today from Major Heating and AC. Called at 9:52 AM for a furnace that wasn’t working on a 19° morning. Repair tech was at my house 48 minutes later, he found the problem and had it working in 10 minutes. They installed the furnace in 2016 just before we bought the house and they are the only ones I’ve called for other minor problems or repair and the customer service was just a great every time. Called them out on Swamp Cooler issue. After 3 tries abd very hot temperatures over a week, I finally gave up on them and had to call another company. All good now. Not sure what the problem was but Major unable to help me in this case.

I’ve used Major heating and air for several years on my personal residence and investment properties. I’ve had them replace furnaces, replace heat pumps, replace AC units, replace thermostats, repair and add ductwork, and annual maintenance. They always do a great job at a fair price. They are one of the best referrals I’ve received
