Our family ordered dinner tonight for delivery (which my daughter ordered online). They were out of one thing (as it was already about 7 pm) and were kind enough to call and let me know. We gladly ordered something else. The woman on the phone was very sweet. The delivery was fast, especially being we’re a few towns away.
