The beef noodle soup was very salty, and the noodles were stuck together. The xiao long bao was also disappointing—it tasted like the kind that is bought frozen in bulk and then steamed rather than made fresh. Overall, the food did not feel authentic at all. The restaurant itself was fairly clean, and the service was fine. However, I found the attractive photos and positive reviews to be quite misleading compared with the actual dining experience.
Came here for the first time, tried the Dan Dan Noodles, juicy pork dumplings, shrimp wontons, beef roll, and potstickers. Everything tasted fantastic and is freshly handmade right in the restaurant. It's difficult to find a great dumpling house relative to the Chino Hills area, but this is easily one of the best dumpling spots you can find in the Inland Empire!
Taste didn’t like Beef noodle soup, broth so so. Noodle worse used Cantonese thin egg noodle. Over all so so.
Really enjoyed the food here. The beef rolls and spicy wontons were both really good. The beef rolls were flavorful and the spicy wontons had a nice kick to them. Definitely recommend trying both if you come here.
Major Dumplings is a small and cozy neighborhood spot with very reasonable prices. The restaurant isn’t large, but it feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The portions are fair for the price, and the dumplings taste fresh and homemade. I especially like that the menu has a good variety without being overwhelming. It’s a nice place for a casual lunch or dinner, especially if you’re looking for good Chinese comfort food without spending too much. Overall, a simple, solid local restaurant that I’d be happy to come back to.
