What a terrible experience. Jeep Wrangler 4xe 2021 has recall on electric battery. My car stopped one day. Dead in the water. Called Major World for help, got dismissed because i did not buy a car from them. 0 responsibility as a brand for an issue that affected us greatly. I was trying to understand the process and talk to the service rep but he just hang up on me. Avoid.

They were incorrect on 2 different occasions. Said battery needed replaced. I asked them to test it and they said onboard diagnostics said it and could not test it there. Would be over $450 for battery. I had to jump my car recently and had a new battery 12 months before. Drove it to an auto parts store and they tested it. It was fine. Needed back brakes replaced. They said no, they are fine. It was shaking on braking. Took it to another place and rear brakes were warped. Had them replaced and car drove great.
