I brought in my jeep because of my A/C wasn’t working , after keeping my jeep for two days , I was told they found the problem at it was my A/C and it would cost 4 thousand dollars to fix it. Ok so I paid got my jeep back after a week and drove it around for one day A/C was working. The next day it wasn’t! Do I went back into the and was told it was a hole they missed at would repair it . They gave my car to the wrong customer and didn’t realize it for over two hours. Management acknowledged the error (see photo), but there was no accountability or restitution. This points to a serious lack of basic vehicle control. Would not trust them again.
