Worse place,worse staffs they hold my car for 10 day because of coolent problems , i already follow up by walking and by the phone call. they tell me all the time lie about my car. That service area is not seriouThis Ram Service is ridiculous. They've been holding my truck for three days, making me wait 25 minutes on the line, and then telling me my car still hasn't been diagnosed. Three days is just how long it takes them to fix it. Never again. I'm not surprised their review score is 3.5 stars. They forget that the customer is important.
