This is my first Escalade, all this time i had Toyota, Honda and Maybach . Never ever had such a worst service experience! My first time service and my service advisor so terrible! I asked her about how to lifted up and down my car , she answered me “ YOU CAN CHECK IT ON GOOGLE ! “ wow! Surprised me with her answer!
