I visited the Cadillac parts department recently and was disappointed with the customer service. The cashier did not smile or greet me when I stepped up to the counter, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. A simple greeting or acknowledgment goes a long way in providing good customer service, especially when customers are standing right in front of you. I hope the staff can improve on this, as a friendly attitude would make the overall experience much better.
These people had me bring my car and kept my car 2 days before they told me I needed my original rim tires to pass the warranty inspection than my car been seating in the parking a lot w no assistance not a good service for me 👎🏽
Whenever I have an issue with my car that I purchase I take it to the service department. The staff is kind and they are doing the best they can to fix cars in a timely fashion. I would like to thank the manager Nenad for always finding a solution to my car, and the mechanics there who fix my vehicle when I needed. Greatly appreciated!
