This company was doing concrete work for the curb and sidewalk in front of the house where I live. I park my car in the street. I received no notice that they were doing any work, and instead of asking me to move my car, they used a concrete saw right next to my car spraying the entire back of it with a mixture of concrete dust and water. The worker then proceeded to take a cloth and rub it to get it off the car, which of course resulted in many fine scratches to the finish. Major Contracting did my lead intake line replacement at my home in Redford Township. Prior to the work, Bill came and fully explained to me exactly what was going to be done. The crew were friendly, courteous, and fast, cleaning up completely before leaving. They returned after the snow season, planting new grass which in all honestly is better now than before they dug it up! I truly appreciate all that was done.

We had to have our lead service line replaced last fall. William Lewis was our project lead. The plan was to have the line installed and for them to come back in a few weeks to repair the lawn, unfortunately winter hit quick. Once the weather changed this spring, William kept me informed on when the repairs would be done. He always responded in a timely manner. License plate #EYN8891 Blocked my driveway with no notice, no sign, or any sort of communication, for work that has NOTHING to do with me or my property... at the very LEAST, they should be notifying homeowners/occupants that their driveway will be inaccessible. I would post pictures if there was an option. There is PLENTY of room to park on this block, and this idiot decides to park in front of a driveway that CLEARLY has a car sitting in it.
