They clearly and accurately communicated all work, and pointed out the other shop was inflating the bill by quoting work that was unnecessary. Lifesaver. No idea why my van was not starting properly or shutting off. Bob took a test drive with me. I handed him my key which was attached to my purse. He said I think that’s your problem. The weight of your purse is possibly causing the ignition to not connect. Whew. Easy and quick and inexpensive fix. And he didn’t charge me!! Love bob and hellers
