If you want to remember what your car looks like, take a picture before handing over to ABRA Auto Body because the wait time is ridiculous. They gave me a “loaner” car 2 weeks after I dropped my car off and they needed my “loaner” car back early which left me without a vehicle. Wrong parts were ordered, so that’s always a fun time! Very friendly and accommodating, giving us another vehicle to use while the repairs were being done. Then, to our surprise, they detailed our vehicle before we could pick it up! So happy with what they did with my Trailblazer. Accidents are always tough. Especially when it wasn't your fault. Thanks to ABRA, there is no way you can tell my vehicle was ever damaged! Super pleased with this business. I strongly recommend them. Wonderful customer service as well!
They did a great job on m \y Chevy Tracker replaced the bumper. Plus cleaned the Tracker. They are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend them to everybody

Huge shout out to Butch and the guys at ABRA. After calling about every place in Rapids and getting quoted over $100 to get my headlight fixed with appointment times no sooner than two weeks from now, I took my car to ABRA and they not only changed my headlight but they did it for free! (In order to change my headlight the bumper has to be removed.) I was almost in tears as I walked out. Thank you so much for your generosity!
