I had some issues with my washer and a tech came out 3 times and it is still not fixed. My phone calls have been going unreturned now. Very dissatisfied!!
The first time that I used major appliance was when they fixed my Kenmore double oven. I called the Kenmore service line and it turned out that it was going to cost me $500+ to get them to come out and fix it. There was no way that I could afford that so I took my oven to Major Appliance. It only cost me $250 to get it fixed with them. Now they are the first and only place that I go to get my appliances repaired. They are always super nice and they get my appliances back to me in no time.
We were supposed to have a repairman come to our house to fix our dishwasher, but after waiting all day, no one came. We had confirmed earlier in the day and the office person told us that someone would be at our house between 4:00- 6:30. When that time came and passed, the office was closed for the weekend. Not a phone call saying that they would be late or wouldn't be able to make it. Nothing.
