I've been using Major Appliance for all repairs for several years and have found them to be professional and honest. When they weren't sure they could get a replacement part for my range before I had a large group of people expected for Thanksgiving, they offered to bring a "loaner" to get me through until the repairs could be made.
The owner sold me an Australian rated replacement part for my washing machine on ebay, agreed to take a return of the item, item was shipped back to owner and refund was never issued. Do not trust this business!!!!
