My visit with Dr. Majid was in 2020, I went to the hospital because I had passed out and fell and hit my head.. Dr. Majid was the hospital staff that day, he came to see me and prescribed all kinds of unnecessary test and gave me this machine to use at home witch was also unnecessary, gave me this medication, and said you will be on this for the rest of your life. Terrible Experience
He performed angioplasty on my dad who had acute MI. He didn't come in before or after the procedure. We never got to see him, he didn't bother telling us how the procedure went and how many stents were used. Being a physician I find this very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend him to any patient seeking medical care.
I worked with Dr Majid for over 10 years in hospitals . He was caring , supportive, competent . When I needed a cardiologist, I wanted the best. He takes personal interest and anticipates problems before they occur. I love him because of his knowledge and compassion. All the nurses picked him to go to.
Dr. Majid diagnosed me withcoronary artery disease when I came to the ER with chest twinges. He was completely thorough in scheduling the tests I needed to make a concise diagnosis. My blood work and EKG were fine but he arranged a chemical stress test for me quickly which indicated blood flow insufficiency in my arteries. He then scheduled an angiogram for the next day and found I had 3 arteries that were 85% blocked. He proceeded to open up those arteries with stents and I’m feeling just fine! My sister was given an unwarranted nuclear stress test. She went in for copd not heart problems. It seems that this is a doctor who repeatedly does this. He never calls you back and his staff is rude. I will be reporting him for the 2nd time. He shouldn't have a license if he even has one.
Dr Majid had performed a cardiac catheterization TWICE in less than 2 weeks on me. Totally incompetent and a horrible bedside manner. Not once did he follow up after the procedure.
Dr. Majid was the on call doctor when my husband was admitted in the hospital. Terrible bed side manner and his office staff is a joke. Left four emergency messages for the doctor to get back to us and never heard back from Dr. Majid until my husband ended up back in the hospital. I think the doctor and his office constitute an emergency as death!!!! I would not be surprised if there are unnecessary procedures done!!! Stay clear from this doctor and his staff!
I ended up under Dr. Majid's care by chance during an admission to the hospital for AFIB. I was admitted around 5 AM and I didn't see him in the hospital for over 12 hours. At my first office visit I arrived early (it's only courteous to be on time or early) and waited nearly an hour. Dr. Majid wanted to do a stress test and when I went for that I waited for an hour.
