Price for manicure was waaay too much for the quality I received: cuticle care was minimal and the polish looked like I could have done it myself (and I am not good) I also went by myself as a self-care treat, and felt very unwelcome and like I didn't matter at all There was a bachelorette party at the same time as me that looked like they were having a great time, but I honestly felt so awkward and ignored by the staff that it was a deeply unpleasant experience and I'm sad I wasted my money Will not be going back and honest... read more

The pedicure itself was fine - not exceptional. Certainly not worth almost $100. The foot soak is completely uneven - one foot barely saw the water. It’s the location I have issue with (King West). It could do with a clean up. The bathrooms were dirty, one toilet was overflowing with toilet paper all over the floor, in the other bathroom the toilet seat is stained - for $100 per pedi you can afford new toilet seats. Booked a nail extension appointment ($130 by the way) and got there and had shellac on my nails. Receptionist told me I had to put a shellac removal as well online which I had no idea about so I wasn’t able to take my appointment despite being there 20 minutes early. This was my first time going to majesty’s pleasure and I had fairly high expectations - they just lost a pretty loyal client. Customer experience was well below 5/10
