called 4 days in advance and set up a time for them to come to the house and have windshield replaced. The day of the appointment I called 1.5 hours ahead of time to confirm they were coming. Daniel did not even order the windshield nor did he call me that he was not coming . He did NOT put me on the schedule and total forgot about me. A total NO CALL NO SHOW and didn’t schedule my job and left me hanging. I thought I was doing a good thing by supporting a small business and not the big guys! Called Majesty Auto glass and spoke with Mr. Daniel. He is very helpful and kind when I spoke to him on the phone. Took my vehicle the next day for windshield replacement. The staff and the service was very good. I am very please. I highly recommend Majesty Auto Glass. Will definitely spread the word to the military families about it. Thank you Mr. Daniel and staff.
Majesty Auto Glass drove to me on a Saturday afternoon to replace my windshield and I was back on the road in an hour.
