Josh runs a great operation, he is very knowledgeable and was able to weave together multiple red oak boards and stain them to match perfectly with a white oak look. Very responsive and extremely fair pricing, really great value for the price as well. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the efficiency and quality of work provided by Josh and his team. They were careful and considerate of our home and he was very knowledgeable in providing advice for the best options for our specific floors. He came back and walked through the project with us to ensure we were 100% happy.
We hired Majestic Floors in Nov. 2020 to repair some boards and sand and stain. The floors look beautiful! Not sure why but there are 2 replacement boards that have separated and now have gaps in just 2 Months. In speaking with Josh, he said that this is due to humidity and dryness in the winter and should return back to normal in the spring. In the event it doesn't return to normal, he will work with us and provide filling in the gaps. Also, they do not leave extra stain so if you need it, ask upfront. Overall, I am pleased... read more
