Extremely disappointing experience. After multiple delays, my order was finally delivered — only for me to discover the actual supplier cost from the delivery driver. I was shocked to learn that the distributor had marked up the price by 96.15%. According to the attached invoices, the supplier’s direct cost (including delivery) was $7,233.74 while the total I paid was $14,189.03 — a difference that far exceeds normal industry standards.
