I’ve been renting from majestic property for 6 months now and it has been one of the most awful renting experiences to date. Upon move in, my apartment was filled with mold, the oven door was broken, windows broken, and floors scratched. I brought this to my leasing departments attention and 6 months later it’s still not fixed or addressed. To top it off, I’ve had multiple packages stolen and signed for by other tenants.
