We switched to Majestic 3 years ago after working with another company for over 10 years. This was the best decision we could have made. Cassandra and Bella in the office are always available and quick to assist. Mike, Jared and the entire service team are knowledgeable, thorough and communicative. When there is an issue with the pool, the team is helpful and proactive. I would highly recommend. Our pool has never looked better!
Mike was Awesome. He came next day to our house after we called. Told him our above ground pool was leaking, he did a dive, immediately found the two holes in our liner and patched them up. He advised us to buy a ladder mat and to switch the placement of the ladder. Prompt, courteous, excellent service. Highly recommend.
