Still waiting on my refund for a deposit i paid . Was told it was mailed on the 8th and its now the 20th . No response to my emails or phone call now .
I like to start out saying we as the family of our deceased loved one appreciate the complex for helping us to get a hotel at a discounted rate. We traveled 7 hours to come and clean out his apartment and to get his things. We were met with a lot of legality. Which we respected and tried to understand to the utmost. However, it ust got to the point where it seemed things were being made up along the way and was very inconsistent and all the more so inconsiderate of a grieving family. The staff is sweet and kind. The grounds are clean and well maintained. I love living here and could see myself being here for a long while.
Having lived here a few years, I can say that the maintenance staff of Carlton and Maria make it easy with any maintenance or problems. Both work hard, never make you feel like they are rushed or annoyed with maintenance requests. They keep the property clean and easy to manage.
