Just wanted to come give The maintenance guys a shout out, they always help me with my problems from jumping my car, to coming to do little things around the apartment! Moses was always so sweet for coming to help me this morning!
My husband and I moved here back in the being parts of December 2025. We were we treated like very well By Lisa, Hanna and Moses from the very start. Any time we have any questions on concerns they are more then willing to listen and get our issue resolved .Moses is one of the best handy men we have ever had the pleasure to have were we live. He is always willing to help get any maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner and ia always willing to listen to just chat a bit with you no matter how busy he may be. More a... read more
LOTS of roaches and just moved in, no parking for residents , gate breaks half the time, do not hold tenants accountable for their “rules” , found water damage very shortly when loving in and took 6 weeks to fix (was reimbursed)
If you’re on the fence about moving here I highly recommend Majestic Oaks. It is safe here. The staff here are caring and fun. They have wonderful activities planned for all and even fed us a wonderful Thanksgiving feast. Moises has fixed so many little things for us and is a genius and efficient maintenance man. Hannah works hard to keep it safe here and is knowledgeable about all things not just in the complex but local. The Holiday Inn perks are an added bonus for meals or drinks.
