I am not one to typically write reviews but after waking up this morning and looking at the patches of irritation due to the tech scrubbing my skin so hard i am fed up. Last night i booked at appointment for 7. I walked in and all 3 nail techs were with customers which is fine. I waited 20-30 minutes before i was in a chair, again that was fine for tonight but not if i had to be somewhere. I had a last minute event and needed my toes done bad! I called in at around 7:45 and they were able to accommodate me coming in so late, I came in and the manager and Molly were so lovely!! Despite them staying late they was no instance where it was a rushed process to get me out or I felt uncomfortable. First time going there and I would recommend it to everyone. I will be going back again and again! Molly paid such attention to details that it was a breath of fresh air. If I could give 10 stars I would!
