We purchased a car from Tom McMahon and Majestic Motorcars when his business was located off I45 in Spring in 2016. Since then he has been at 2 different locations (I'm sure he is running from the people he has screwed over) He had no title to the car that he sold to us, he promised it to us for months and could never produce it. If you come in contact with Tom McMahon, turn around and walk away ! We purchased a vehicle through him at Baytown Motorsports (now closed) a week after Hurricane Harvey. We have had consistent problems and have been completely ripped off. The mileage on the truck was never disclosed(over 275k miles at time of purchase), we were promised a warranty that apparently doesn’t exist via Credit Acceptance (the people who financed the car) and are paying 4X what the truck is actually worth in its condition. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Bought a truck from these people 8 months ago, I never received my registration or tags. Tom “the owner” kept giving me the run around on why they weren’t available but assured me he was on top of it. Well 2 months ago I called the bank to make a truck payment and they informed me that my loan has been sent back to the dealership because they never received a title.
