Great customer service We were confused, overwhelmed and exhausted to say the least before we started working with Majestic Mortgage. We were in the process of refinancing our home but were at a loss of which avenue to take. Thanks Majestic I wanted to buy a home but was turned down because of my credit. I had a small down payment and good income. My problem was that I could not get mortgage insurance. Majestic Mortgage Services recommended that I apply for an FHA government loan where the mortgage insurance guidelines were most accommodation to me. Highly Recommend I paid cash for a fixer upper, rental property. It had no working appliances and the heat and air conditioning did not work. I could not get a loan on the house in its present condition. Richard recommended that I make the repairs and have Majestic Mortgage rent the house, with the repairs completed. I was able to refinance the property and pull my cash back out. Now I can purchase another new fixer upper to get started on.
