Worst place EVER. they harass my guest coming to pick up their daughter whom I babysit. Its bullshit
Nice and quiet and peaceful at night. I love it .
It has changed so much over the last few years. It was a wonderful 50+ place. My parents lived there for 30 years and loved it. Now it is a family park. We love children. That isn't an issue. There are lots of problems with robberies, drugs and multiple families living together. Slowly everything is getting run down. The number of vehicles per household makes parking difficult. The raises in the price of living there are making it impossible for retirees to stay. I hope the management can turn around some of the issues.
We've been here since November 1st, enjoying friends and management. Love my modular home.
