Great experience with this company from start to finish. Ken was fantastic to work with as he made the booking process seamless and coordinated an easy transfer from SFO to Sonoma. He was professional, friendly, and an excellent driver throughout the trip. The pickup process was simple and stress-free, and the two-hour ride was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling in the San Francisco area and will definitely use them again in the future.

Update May 2026: Continued Excellent Service! Recommend Highly. Excellent service! They are reliable and consistent and I have used their help for a couple of flights where I was traveling with checked bags. You can count on them to be there for you in your time of need. I was landing at SFO after a long haul flight and had checked bags and injuries from a pre-flight accident. Zayn met me inside the terminal and helped me get to my destination. We had an excellent experience with Majestic Limo. This was a senior prom event with young adults. Ken and our driver, Jessie, were friendly, professional, on time, and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. The driver went above and beyond to make sure our passenger in a wheelchair was comfortable and well cared for, which we appreciated. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend, five stars all around.

Ken and his team at Majestic Limo were fantastic. I've booked several drivers across the US and abroad and Majestic Limo has been by far the best & most helpful car service I've ever worked with. I was able to book Majestic Limo on short notice for the super bowl and Ken was extremely flexible and made the trip very smooth. 10/10 recommend!! Great price, great driver, top notch customer service!
