My Family Loves Majestic Hotel, the rooms are a little out dated, but the affordable price makes up for it. All of the front desk staff are nice & pleasant to deal with. Shout out to Tommy the maintenance man, who is a great guy, always welcomes & remembers our family year after year. The location is Great. We stay in the Apts. & love the view of the boardwalk & ocean. The store they have is a convenience too. I’m sorry but how can a place charge as much as this one does and not take care of their properties?! It wasn’t the worst experience but between the ant infestation in the kitchen and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom so everything gets wet when you run the shower, It has to be lower if not lowest on my list of places I’d wanna stay. We stayed in an apartment over the summer, it was a nice trip, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, like they were really friendly and that’s why this is a 2 star and not a 1 star... read more
The worst place They took our money and they scam us about the room The lady in front it’s the worst I had to call the police I don’t recommend nobody to come here
For the location I would say it’s perfect right on the beach. But as far as the rooms they are outdated and you do get what you pay for but the steps for the apartment caused me an injury due to the boards not being screwed down tightly in which I almost fell. Luckily I did not need to grab the railing because that was also very loose and if someone was to press on it, it would fall off. We asked for a refund because of leaving early due to the injury.
