Shower doesnt work. No key for front door. Never updated in 50 yrs. Ac poor. Dump!
BEWARE!!!! They have bed bugs. I no sooner got all of my family in (13 total) and I was spraying the place down and found a full grown bug hanging out on the pillow. We ran as fast as we could. After canceling and asking for a refund, the staff smiled at each other - like they knew- and told me how to get a refund. I handed them the pillow case with the bed bug in it. On the way to look for another hotel, discovered I was already bit up on my back.
THIS PLACE IS SO BAD
It is a good thing they are tearing this place down and rebuilding because we stayed less than 24 hours. My family was excited to start vacation but my poor brother got stuck with a broken couch which the desk lady mentioned, " well it still pulls out doesn't it...", there were ants everywhere including my sons bed. The bathroom floor looked completely unsafe with it being tilted and having a huge dip in the floor by the shower. First the staff at the Majestic on a scale 1-10 a 15 there awesome. That's where it ends, the room we booked was not the one we saw on the website. If you're a polar bear you're going to love the shower at 5am. Walk barefoot foot on the carpet, 20 minutes later, your feet look like if you where Amish. NEVER AGAIN
