Mitch is very professional and trustworthy. He replaced our AC compressor recently. It works very well. Fantastic job!
My A/C went out (like everyone else’s) because we are in the middle of an unprecedented heat wave. I have Parkinson’s and have trouble controlling my own temperature so having an 80+ degree house temperature was debilitating. Mitch from Majestic was referred to me by friends. Mitch responded to my A/C call promptly, and he was able to get out to my house soon thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and he replaced the failed part with a part that he had in stock in his truck. With a hearty "Hi Ho, Silver!" he was away, leaving a minimal bill in his wake. I called Majestic late in the afternoon with an AC not cooling issue. Mitch showed up first thing the next morning, discovered the issue, made the repair, and was on his way.
