I have a 12 year old garage door which had a roller popping out of the runner. I had a maintenance man attend and start work on the repair. He found that part he had bought for the repair were inferior and had broken. He apologise a great deal, even though the problem was not caused by him. Two days later, he was back with new parts. Two hours later, repair completed and maintenance of door done. Excellent service
Absolute outstanding service. We accidentally backed our car into the garage door this morning and thought we’d be stuck for days. We gave him a call and he was there by lunchtime. He quickly got the garage door functioning again so we could get the car out and secure everything while we organise an insurance claim and replacement door.
