We have been dealing with Majestic now for quite a few years in reference to repairing fridge and aircon issues for them, Chantelle has been fantastic to speak to and deal with as has Tracy in the workshop. Keep up the great work ladies :)
Loving our Majestic Navigator 19’6. Getting better with every trip. The sales and service team at Caboolture have been great to deal with, and have sorted out whatever small issues we’ve had easily and with no fuss. The additional 3rd party warranty has been useful when travelling meaning we can get anything sorted - anywhere.
They were happy to take the money don’t get me wrong I like the van which is the majestic navigator 19.6 but the after sale service is horrendous and had to be the worst I have ever seen. Have just travelled around Australia the fridge fall out the cupboard over the oven rubs the ensuite door drags have 1 solar panel that has crazing.and yes I know things happen but we Couldn’t find any caravan service centres in WA to fix the problems didn’t want to touch it. So happy we went with Majestic. The guys at Majestic Caboolture have been great to deal with, and we love our 19’6 Navigator. The quality and inclusions for the package price was hard to beat, and the service has been no different. We got nice, clear guidance on how to contact service if need be, and are stoked to also have the 3rd party warranty agreement if we are away on travels and can’t get into Caboolture.
