This review is for the Caboolture "factory" outlet. Has been a change in staffing in July/August 2025, since then after sales customer service has failed miserably. Won't answer their phones or emails, head office ignores any attempt of contact from me. I discovered my January 2025 delivered navigator 19.6 had been fitted with the incorrect smoke detector, the Law changed in July 2024. The factory in Melbourne should have been aware of the changes.
