I found just the opposite to be true after I read a review of majestic that said they weren't responsive to a service call. Majestic did our custom home and was completely fabulous from start to finish. They installed beautiful custom cherry closet organizers and frameless shower doors along with the other hardware like lock sets and bath towel racks.
