I have been coming to your beauty supply store since 2003 and I must say the customer service has went to hell. Your employees are rude, lazy and don't want to help the customers at all and they can't answer a question if their lives depended on it. I really think the owners should hire employees that wants to help their customers instead of hiring ones that stand behind the counter talking or eating. Love it they have everything be up there this week
Great prices reasonable stuff but you need to get a better staff, they are so rude that's probably why you have so much inventory. Even if you read this or ignore it I say hire nice ppl.
